Brought to you by The Forum, the Norwich Gaming Festival is a completely free, family friendly celebration of video games. Last year we welcomed over 52,000 visitors to The Forum where we held talks from industry speakers and offered a wide range of engaging gaming experiences. No tickets required!






What We Do

Learning Week

Learn how videogames are made, acquire new skills and meet the developers who make the games.

Working with industry professionals and our lead educational partner Norwich University of the Arts (NUA) these events cover many aspects of Games Development, such as Art, Design, Programming and Business, all of the workshops are free and open to the public!

Games & Events

Independent Games showcased by their creators, giving you the chance to find out more about a game's creation.

Play the games from local developers such as Four Circle Interactive and Insert Imagination, as well as games from all over the UK and Europe!

NUA

The Norwich Gaming Festival is proud to be working with Norwich University of the Arts (NUA), the Festival’s lead education partner. NUA has been involved in the Norwich Gaming Festival since the Festival’s inception in 2013.

NUA run a BA in Games Art and Design, an MA in Games and have recently launched three brand new creative science BSc courses; User Experience Design, Interaction Design and Games Development. Students from NUA will showcase their work, give talks and exhibit games throughout the Festival.
